WACO, Texas – On an unseasonably chilly day in central Texas the throwers for the Oregon State University track & field team at Clyde Hart Track & Field Stadium, wrapping up a busy weekend for the Beavers.
With temperatures hovering around 40 degrees the Beavers remained competitive in four events; javelin, hammer throw, shot put, discus.
The largest contingent competed in the javelin throw led by senior . Dawson placed fourth throwing 142-feet 4-inches. All four competitors placed inside the top 10; (6, 140-6), (7, 135-2), (8, 127-7). Allison's throw was her best of the outdoor season.
