Madison, WI. – Oregon State cross country finished up action at the Wisconsin Nuttycombe Invitational hosted by Wisconsin on Friday afternoon at the Thomas Zimmerman Championship Course.The No. 25 women's team also competed in the championship race where they ultimately finished 30th out of 36 teams for 708 points. A group of Beavers also ran in the "B Race", finishing in 11th place with 239 points as they started the day for the Beavers.
Hailed as one of the nation's premier college meets in the country, the Nuttycombe Invite showcased 20 ranked teams out of the national coaches' poll and presented Oregon State their first big test of the season.
