CEREMONIAL SHOVEL: Lead-gift donors, OSU president Ed Ray, head coach Gary Andersen, vice president/director of athletics Todd Stansbury, and CEO of the OSU Foundation Mike Goodwin will participate in a ceremonial groundbreaking at approximately 1 p.m. Saturday in the north end zone to mark the beginning of the $42 million Victory Through Valley Project that will add and renovate the Valley Football Center.
