EUGENE, Ore. – The Oregon State men's golf team used a late charge to move up the leaderboard and move into a tie for second place at the Duck Invitational on Monday.
The Beavers shot a 2-under 282 in the afternoon, the best second round in the 16-team field, to climb eight spots and tie host Oregon with a 12-over 580. Santa Clara is a stroke better with an 11-over 579 at the par-71, 7,020-yard Eugene Country Club.
The final round of the two-day, 54-hole tournament begins at 8:30 a.m. with a shotgun start and live scoring is available at golfstat.
