CORVALLIS – The No. 9 Oregon State women’s basketball team took over a share of first place in the Pac-12 Monday evening, earning a convincing victory over No. 9 Arizona State 67-44 Monday evening at Gill Coliseum.
The win was Beavers’ (18-3, 9-1 Pac-12) eighth in a row, and was witnessed by a national audience, as the game aired on ESPN2 as part of the network’s Big Monday coverage.
“We’re very thankful for the great crowd that showed up tonight, on a Monday night and a big stage,” said Oregon State head coach Scott Rueck. “This was a great battle between two really good teams.
