CORVALLIS – The Oregon State track and field team transitions from indoor to outdoor competition this weekend at the Lewis & Clark Spring Break Open, hosted at Clackamas Community College in Oregon City.
"We are excited to have good weather for our opener," said head coach Louie Quintana. "We will open up our team in stages, with still quite a few [student-athletes] in a heavy training load who will open in competition over the next few weeks."
The Beavers have one event on Friday afternoon with the hammer throw. A small contingent consisting of Lindsay McShane, Sydney Guthrie-Baker, Keely McLaughlin and Jessica Molina will compete for OSU.
