OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oregon State softball team's season came to an end in the second game of the Women's College World Series, as the Beavers fell to Arizona 3-1 Friday evening in Oklahoma City.
"I told the team that there are a lot of positive things we can take away from this season," said Oregon State head coach Laura Berg. "There are some things we can still improve on moving forward to continue these seasons on. But now this team has a taste of what it is like to be here. I told all of them how proud I am of them – not just as athletes but as student-athletes.
