Oregon State snapped a three game losing streak against the Washington Huskies in a big way tonight, earning a 91-71 win. Great three point shooting and lots of scoring off of turnovers fueled the Beavers tonight, with the team improving to 9-7 overall, and 5-5 in conference play.
Threes from Jarod Lucas and Ethan Thompson opened the first half to set the tone for Oregon State. The Beavers were very good from the three point line in the first half, going 5 for 9. The team capitalized on Washington miscues, scoring 12 points off of 9 Husky turnovers.
