GREELEY, Colo. – The Oregon State wrestling team got things back on track on Friday night with a nonconference dual win inside of Bank of Colorado Arena at Northern Colorado.
The Beavers (2-3, 1-0 Pac-12) ended a three match losing streak with a 27-12 decision win over the Bears (2-5, 0-3 Big 12) in the 30th all-time meeting between the two programs.
The evening began at the 125-pound weight class featuring two ranked wrestlers in No. 3 Ronnie Bresser and No. 17 Rico Montoya of Northern Colorado. Bresser exploded at the start of the match with a single-leg takedown.
