Beavers Ranked No. 20 In Final Coaches Poll

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State men's basketball team was ranked No. 20 in the final Ferris Mowers Top 25 men's basketball coaches poll that was released Tuesday.

It's the first time the Beavers have been ranked in any poll since March 13, 1990 when they were No. 22 by the Associated Press. Oregon State's highest ranking during the 1989-90 season, when Gary Payton was a senior, was No. 16 on Feb. 27.

Oregon State had one of its best seasons in program history, which included a 20-13 record, the first-ever Pac-12 Conference Tournament championship, three wins in the NCAA Tournament and a trip to the Elite Eight, and five victories over Top 25 teams.
