LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Oregon State women's basketball team punched its second ever trip to the Elite Eight Friday evening, as the Beavers topped No. 2 Baylor 72-67 in Lexington, Ky.
"I can't say enough about this team, coming into another situation and game where you're playing an unbelievable team in Baylor that has so much ability, so much talent, such high expectations," said Oregon State head coach Scott Rueck. "Hats off to Baylor for just continuing to fight and never going away. So proud of the fight and the courage it took to get the W today.
