CORVALLIS – The Oregon State men's soccer team booked a spot in the second round of the NCAA Tournament with a 2-1 win over SMU Thursday evening at Paul Lorenz Field.
"I couldn't be happier for these guys," said Oregon State head coach Terry Boss. "Our guys came out and executed really well. More than anything these guys stuck together like the family they have become, and as a coach I couldn't be more proud."
The win is the second postseason victory in the history of the Oregon State men's soccer program, as the team makes its fourth NCAA Tournament appearance.
