CORVALLIS, Ore. – Former Olympians, future Olympians, former NCAA champions and Oregon State's strongest team since the program's reinstatement will compete at the fifth annual High Performance Meet this Friday and Saturday at the Whyte Track & Field Center.
Approximately 1,100 competitors are expected for the event, which has evolved from modest beginnings to become the jewel of OSU's outdoor season, and one of the premier regular-season meets in the Pacific Northwest. Admission and parking are free.
"It's going to be phenomenal," OSU coach said. "It's a great cross-section of sprints, hurdles, jumps and throws, with a wonderful combination of athletes.
