CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State cross country has been preparing all season for this week. On Friday, the Beavers head north to Seattle for the 2017 NCAA Cross Country West Regional.
"We are in a good spot, training has gone fantastic over the last several weeks," began head coach Louie Quintana. "Staying in the Pacific Northwest creates some advantages as far as the wear and tear of travel. We're prepared and feel very confident going in that we will be able to execute."
On Nov. 10, 38 women's cross country teams will descend on Jefferson Park Golf Course on the southeast side of Seattle, attempting to earn a spot at the NCAA Cross Country Championships in Louisville, Ky.
