CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State men's rowing team is back in action this weekend at the state's biggest fall race in Portland, Ore. at the Portland Fall Classic. The Beavers make their return to the water following another successful trip to the Head of the Charles.
OSU will enter three boats into the Men's Collegiate Division I Varsity 8+ division. The Beavers will be rowing on familiar waters as the 5,000-meter course is on the Willamette River. The head race runs behind the east side of Ross Island, ending just before the Steel Bridge.
There is fantastic viewing on the sidewalks of the Hawthorne Bridge or anywhere along the Eastbank Esplanade.
