Fresno, Calif. – The Oregon State men's soccer team battled to the last minute but ultimately fell to Saint Mary's California, 1-0, on Sunday afternoon.
"A heart-breaking result for these guys who have given so much," said head coach Terry Boss. "I wanted more for them. I felt they deserved more. We played our game and these guys gave everything to one another and to the family we have become."
Oregon State attempted multiple shots in the first half, as Don Tchilao fired a shot that barely missed the left post.
