CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State men's soccer team fell 1-0 to Stanford in double overtime on Sunday in a Pacific-12 Conference men's soccer game at Lorenz Field.
"I thought we had a very solid first half," said Oregon State head coach Steve Simmons. "As the game went on, I think we got a little bit tired, and we weren't creating as many chances. It's a tough one to swallow, because I don't think we deserved to lose the game, I think we deserved to get something out of it. This one hurts, but we'll dust ourselves down and get ready for the next one.
