LAS VEGAS – Jarod Lucas scored 22 points and Glenn Taylor Jr. added a career-high 16 to lead Oregon State in an 86-72 loss to Oregon in the first round of the Pac-12 Tournament on Wednesday afternoon at T-Mobile Arena.
Lucas knocked down three 3-pointers and went 7-for-8 from the free throw line to score 20-plus points for the sixth time this season and the ninth time in his three-year Oregon State career.
Taylor, a true freshman from Las Vegas, went 6-for-8 from the field and 3-for-3 from the stripe to post a new career best.
