BERKELEY, Calif. – In its first road matchup of the season, No. 14 Oregon State gymnastics finished with a 196.575 at No. 11 California after scoring its highest bar score of 49.200 since the 2019 season on Saturday afternoon.
The Beavers took the early lead after the first rotation by a score of 49.200-49.175 and turned it on with a season-high 49.350 on vault in the second event. However, a dominate Bear performance of 49.475 on bars pushed Cal in front as the home team finished the day at 197.350 to win the Pac-12 matchup.
