PHOENIX, Ariz. – The Oregon State women's golf team had four scores of par or better in the second round of the PING/ASU Invitational and climbed two spots up the leaderboard on Saturday.
The Beavers carded a 3-under 285 in the middle round of the tourney, the second-best team score of the day, to help them move into sixth place with a 3-over 294-285--579 at the par-72, 6,426-yard Papago Golf Course.
The stacked field features 12 of the 16 teams ranked among the Top 50 nationally in the latest Golfstat.com rankings, including eight teams from the always-competitive Pac-12 Conference.
