• Oregon State heads to the NCAA Softball Championship Tuscaloosa Regional this weekend after needing two wins at Utah and getting both wins for a postseason berth
• The Beavers made comebacks in both games taking the first game 9-5 on Thursday night
• Sitting at .500 and needing two wins for a shot at the postseason the Beavers got two hits each from McKenna Arriola, Shelby Weeks, Alysha Everett, Hope Brandner, Camryn Ybarra and Jessica Garcia enroute to a series opening win
• Ybarra tallied two doubles
• Brandner contributed 3 RBI on two singles pushing her team-leading total to 34 RBI
• Everett added two RBI on her fourth homer of the season
• Weeks and Kayleen Shafer had two stolen bases each
• Junior Meehra Nelson started in the circle throwing 6.
