CORVALLIS – The Oregon State men's soccer team got off to a strong start in Pac-12 play, as the Beavers defeated rival Washington 4-2 Saturday evening at Paul Lorenz Field.
"I was really proud of our team's performance," said Oregon State head coach Terry Boss. "We've been searching for a complete performance this season, and tonight is the closest we've had to that. We still have some things we need to work on, but overall I couldn't be more proud of the adjustments we made. We made a lot of strides in both boxes tonight.
