STANFORD, Calif. – KJ Harrison homered and Michael Gretler drove in two during a three-run OSU fifth inning to send the 19th-ranked Beavers to a 5-2 win over Stanford Friday night at Sunken Diamond.
Harrison also singled home a run in the first to help guide the Beavers to their ninth straight victory over the Cardinal. OSU is 8-1-1 in its last 10 games and is undefeated in its last seven, going 6-0-1 over that stretch.
Harrison opened the game’s scoring with the aforementioned single, then watched as Caleb Hamilton drove in a run on a single in the second.
