LAHAINA, Hawaii –The No. 8 Oregon State women's basketball team battled to overcome an early deficit, but fell to Texas A&M 76-70 Saturday evening at the Maui Jim Maui Classic in Lahaina, Hawaii.
"This was a great game between two good teams," said Oregon State head coach Scott Rueck. "They were the aggressive team to start the game. They beat us to the punch, but once we were able to match it, this became a good game. I was really proud of the effort and courage it took to get back in this game.
