SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Carson Barry and Spencer Tibbits have the opportunity to win an NCAA National Championship individual title after advancing to an additional 18 holes of stroke play.
Barry and Tibbits were both among the top nine players from teams not advancing on Sunday and will play 18 holes on Monday for the 72-hole individual crown.
As a team, the Beavers finished in 23rd place with a 42-over 286-296-300--882 at the par-70, 7,289-yard Grayhawk Golf Club and weren't among the top 15 teams to advance.
