It’s a script that will be familiar to Beaver fans this season. Oregon State battled hard, against a team with a much better record, and as regulation ticked down, it looked like they’d come away with a win. The Beavers could not put away the # 14 Wildcats however, as Rawle Alkins tied the game at the foul line and sent it to OT, where Arizona took full control of the game. In extra time, the Beavers couldn’t seem to find a shot, and the Wildcats came away with a 75-65 victory.
Poor shooting from the field was the biggest issue for Oregon State.
