CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State forward Gloire Amanda has been nominated for an ESPY Award, ESPN announced this week.
The junior is one of four nominees for the Best College Athlete, Men's Sport, joining Luka Garza (Iowa Basketball), Trevor Lawrence (Clemson Football) and Devonta Smith (Alabama Football). The ESPYs will take place on July 10 at 5 p.m. PT on ABC. Fans can vote for the award here.
Amanda won the MAC Hermann Trophy this season, as the best men's player in college soccer. He joined Danny Mwanga and Khiry Shelton as Beavers to earn All-America honors from the United Soccer Coaches.
