TUCSON, Ariz. - The Oregon women's golf team posted its third straight top-5 finish with a second-place showing at The Wildcat Invitational at Sewailo Golf Club.
First-year head coach Derek Radley, who was an assistant with Arizona's national championship team last year, went into Tucson and topped his former squad. Arizona State won The Wildcat at 22-over, with the Ducks in second at 29-over and host Arizona in third at +30. Oregon State (+39) and Purdue (+46), both teams ahead of the Ducks in the national rankings, took seventh and ninth, respectively.
The Ducks were led by Petra Salko for a second straight tournament.
