WTF Update
I put together a chart. Rather than recording pounds or anything specific, it just tracks whether you’ve checked in on a given week and made some kind of progress – idea being to give some accountability & motivation.
This is still in the experimental phase, so if you’ve got a better idea to track this stuff feel free to share.
I’ll think up an extremely sought-after prize to be awarded the ATQers who rack up the most participation at the end of 14 weeks.
