ONE MONTH LEFT.

Last week we had our best participation rate yet, let’s keep it up for the stretch run!

Things are happening at Casa de RB today, so I’ve got to keep this short. But here’s a question for you:

How many of you have gotten on-board with some variation of #FillTheSleeves? My original goals were mostly to slim down & improve cardio, but Coach Feld convinced me to add that to my repertoire.

For those who are doing it, are you sticking with the 100 bis & 100 tris formula or doing heavier/fewer reps?
