Austin Meek of the Eugene Register Guard joined me on the Bald Faced Truth radio show to talk about a variety of subjects, including what troubles him about the debate over Oregon State pitcher Luke Heimlich, a registered sex offender.
Heimlich went undrafted in the MLB Draft. He was not among the 1,215 players selected.
"I've heard some good dialogue about this subject," Meek said. "But I think I've heard some dialogue, too, from people who are passionate about sports ... whatever team you root for, whatever glasses you wear, ideally, you should be able to put those down when you talk about something so serious.
