Without Darren Carrington, the star receiver who was dismissed from the program Friday following an arrest on a charge of DUII earlier this month, Oregon's already young receiving corps lost its most experienced wideout.
But as Ducks players convened for workouts this summer, several other wideouts have impressed the quarterback who will be throwing them the ball.
Asked to name which receivers have stood out most during the offseason, Justin Herbert listed off several -- with youth being the common denominator.
"I've been really impressed with Dillon Mitchell," Herbert told The Oregonian/OregonLive in an interview Wednesday.
