“(Freshman offensive lineman Penei Sewell) is one of those guys who I’m challenged by every time I go against him. He’s challenging older guys, older vets, and he just got here. That says a lot about, especially a tackle. His sets, nice feet, he’s able to sit down and actually hold his ground. I’m not an offensive tackle coach but you know, going against him he’s great. … He knows when to turn it on and when to turn it off. That’s hard to do when you’re a freshman. I had the worst time, the worst troubles with that — not knowing when to have my business mentality on.
