The Oregon Ducks and Oregon State Beavers clash for in-state recruits with regularity, but fans of both programs may not be familiar with an out-of-state Civil Way recruiting battle that is fast becoming an annual tradition.
Both Oregon and Oregon State have built a pipeline to elite Northern California 7-on-7 program TMP Elite in recent years, and will try to continue that trend in the 2019 recruiting cycle.
Oregon State has five TMP Elite alumni on the roster, including quarterback Aidan Willard, wide receiver Isaiah Hodgins and defensive backs Trajon Cotton, Isaiah Dunn and DeShon Wilson.
Oregon, however, came out on top of the 2018 recruiting battle for TMP Elite talent, securing signatures from four-star wide receiver Isaah Crocker, four-star tight end Spencer Webb and three-star cornerback Kahlef Hailassie.
