Watch: Meet the Rhode Island Rams, the Oregon Ducks second round opponent in the NCAA Tournament

The Oregon Ducks defeated the Iona Gaels 93-77 in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on Friday at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento.

Oregon guard Tyler Dorsey led all scorers with 24 points on 9 for 13 shooting. Forward Jordan Bell finished with a double-double, 17 points and 10 rebounds for the Ducks (30-5).

The 11th-seeded Rhode Island upset No 6 seed Creighton 84-72 in their first round game on Friday. The Rams now move on to take on the third-seeded Oregon Ducks on Sunday in Sacramento, California.
