Marcus Mariota finally got his chance to play on Monday Night Football, and the quarterback produced arguably the best performance of his NFL career.

Hobbled by a strained left hamstring that severely limited his mobility, Mariota's gritty performance led the Tennessee Titans to a 36-22 win over the Indianapolis Colts in a game the Titans needed to win.

"It was one of those where you have to kind of grind it out a little bit," Mariota told reporters after the game.

Mariota said the experience of playing on Monday Night Football was memorable, particularly with a win, which ended an 11-game losing streak to the Colts.
