Watch: Ex-Duck Ed Dickson catches TD pass, has long catch for Seattle Seahawks; how NFL players with Oregon ties fared in Week 8

The Seattle Seahawks waited nearly half the season to see what Ed Dickson could bring to the table.

The former Oregon Ducks tight end had missed the first six games of the season with groin and quadriceps injuries. He finally made his debut and produced an immediate impact during the Seahawks 28-14 win against the Detroit Lions on Sunday.

Dickson caught a 12-yard touchdown pass to give the Seahawks a 21-7 lead in the second quarter. The 6-foot-4 Dickson jumped over Lions cornerback Quandre Diggs (who's 5-9) to make the grab.
