Vernon Adams was the hero for Oregon Football when he arrived as a transfer from Eastern Washington a few years ago. He helped lead the team to the Alamo Bowl, then went undrafted and found a home in Canada.
In his last two seasons, both with Montreal, Vernon Adams saw playing time in three games in 2016 throwing 42 out of 75 passes for 3 touchdowns and 1 interception. He has spent 2017 on the bench before he was traded to Saskatchewan on Tuesday.
Adams comes to a team that will already feel like family.
