The first game was not pretty for former Oregon Ducks Quarterback Vernon Adams and the second preseason game did not start out better according to 247Sports.. Following an early fumble that went to Toronto and a Touchdown for the Argonauts, Adams regained his composure and threw his first CFL Touchdown for the Montreal Alouettes late in the game to seal the win.
For the game Adams went 3 for 4 with a 16 yard touchdown to BJ Cunningham in the back right corner of the end zone. It was his first touchdown in the CFL and a big moment for Adams as he continues to prove his critics wrong.
