-- Start lists are out for next week's NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships, and they won't help the University of Oregon's bid to repeat as the women's champion.
The Ducks qualified three runners in the 400 meters. All three -- Makenzie Dunmore, Hannah Waller and Briyahna DesRosiers -- have been squeezed into the first of three semifinal heats.
The top two finishers in each semifinal qualify for the final, as do the next two fastest overall times. The Ducks need to hope the first heat is the fastest one.
In an availability yesterday, UO coach Robert Johnson said the Ducks would only worry about what they could control.
