The Oregon Ducks football program has had a consensus top-10 recruiting class for months, but the missing ingredient has been a quarterback.
And with nearly all of the nation's top signal-callers already committed, the Oregon coaching staff faced the tough task of flipping a big-time passer in order to fill their need in the 2018 recruiting cycle.
On Saturday, they accomplished just that, as 247Sports four-star quarterback Tyler Shough flipped his commitment from North Carolina to Oregon:
