Eugene – Friday night was an annual meet, one historic Hayward Field had hosted multiple times, but with the entire complex as we know it set for a complete overhaul starting in June, this one in particular had a lot of sentimental value.
Not only did the meet provide the opportunity for a handful of UO track team members to clinch spots in the Pac-12 championships at Stanford, but it also drew in a delegation of Oregon Alumni that had previously competed, and flourished, at the hallowed venue.
Raevyn Rogers posted a lifetime best of 56.02 in her 400 meter win; Devon Allen swept the 100 and 110 hurdles, setting meet records in both.
