Trikweze Bridges, Oregon Ducks 4-star safety pledge, registers 31st career interception

The Oregon Ducks 2019 football recruiting class is a consensus top five collection of talent nationally, and consists of seven commitments who held an offer from the Alabama Crimson Tide.

None more noteworthy than Rivals four-star safety Trikweze Bridges, who calls Lanett, Alabama home.

The 6-foot-3, 180-pound defensive back committed to Oregon over Alabama, Florida, Georgia, LSU, Nebraska, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Penn State, Tennessee and others, and has spent the early part of his senior season showing exactly why he was one of the most coveted players in the state of Alabama.

On Friday in a 48-0 victory over Autaugaville, Bridges registered his 31st career interception, placing him just five away from the Lanett career record (36) - a mark he's set his sights upon for the past two-plus seasons.
