EUGENE, Ore. — Three members of the Oregon women's golf team will compete on national stages this week as individuals, before the Ducks get back to team competition on Monday at the Silverado Showdown.
Senior Briana Chacon and junior Hsin-Yu (Cynthia) Lu will play at the Augusta National Women's Amateur beginning Wednesday, and junior Ching-Tzu Chen is set to tee off in the LPGA's DIO Implant LA Open on Thursday.
Chacon and Lu are heading back to Augusta, Ga., for the second year in a row to compete in the premiere amateur tournament in women's golf.
