EUGENE, Ore. – Nico Tellache retired all four hitters he faced to get the save in a 4-3 Oregon win over Loyola Marymount in game one of a three-game series on Friday at PK Park.
How it Happened: Oregon led 4-1 heading into the top of the eighth inning, but Loyola Marymount rallied scoring a pair of runs on a Tevin Esquerra two-run homer with no outs.
One out after the home run, Alex Lambeau and Ryan Kawano reached on back-to-back singles and advanced to second and third on a ground out.
