EUGENE, Ore. — Oregon has a nine-game winning streak and has swept consecutive Pac-12 series for the first time under head coach Melyssa Lombardi after a 7-4 victory Sunday over Arizona before 1,803 fans at Jane Sanders Stadium.
The No. 17 Ducks (31-11, 11-7 Pac-12) trailed for the first time in the series, falling behind 4-0 through three innings Sunday. But they rallied to win, taking the lead with a four-run sixth to enter the final two weeks of conference play in fourth place.
"That was big for us," Lombardi said. "It's hard to get wins in the Pac.
