SEATTLE — Jermaine Couisnard scored the game-winner with 12 seconds left Thursday to cap an impressive second half for the Oregon men's basketball team and give the Ducks a 76-74 win over Washington.
The Ducks (11-3, 3-0) shot 60.7 percent after halftime, outrebounded the Huskies over the final 20 minutes and cut down on their first-half foul trouble to remain unbeaten in Pac-12 play this season. Neither team led by more than seven points in the game and there were six ties, the last at 74-74 before Couisnard drove to the rim for the lead and the Huskies missed a three-pointer at the other end.
