The Oregon Ducks football program received national recognition for its recruiting haul during the spring game in April.
But arguably its top commitment in the class of 2018 (so far) came a day later when Under Armour All-American defensive back Steve Stephens announced his pledge over LSU, Oklahoma, USC and others.
At the time, Scout viewed Stephens as a national top-50 prospect, while Rivals listed him as a lower-tier four-star talent.
On Tuesday, the recruiting services grew closer to a consensus on the 6-foot, 185-pound safety, as Rivals listed him as one of its "biggest movers" nationally in its new top 100.
