Your #8 Oregon Ducks took on the Illinois Fighting Illini on Sunday afternoon, looking to complete a three-game series sweep in which they looked almost unstoppable in the first two matchups. The Ducks got things started early with a Rylee McCoy RBI single with two outs in the bottom of the first inning. But Illinois would respond quickly, scoring two runs with two outs in the top of the 2nd inning, giving the Fighting Illini their first lead in any game this series. Oregon would respond shortly after, though, tying the game in the 3rd on a Paige Sinicki triple down the right field line, and then taking the lead back on a Braiesey Rosa RBI single in the 4th.
