EUGENE, Ore. — The regular-season finale at Jane Sanders Stadium was a memorable one for Oregon's three seniors, as the UO softball team finished off a series sweep of Oregon State with a 4-2 victory Sunday before 2,102 fans.
Following a rain-shortened shutout Friday and a walk-off win Saturday, the Ducks were in control much of Sunday's game to finish off the sweep. Oregon State had two on with two out in the seventh but the final pitch of the game was driven to left field, where senior Jasmine Williams secured the catch to clinch the victory.
